Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note on Final Sale Items: Like a cowboy’s commitment on the trail, some items are final sale. This includes:
- Dress Vests: Due to their delicate nature and custom sizing
- Clearance Items: Marked as “final sale” on product pages
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these steps smoother than a well-oiled saddle:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request
- Get Approval: We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Pack It Up: Securely package your return with the RMA number clearly visible
- Ship It Back: Send to our Omaha headquarters using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – items lost in transit are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
Want a different size or style? Follow the same return process but specify you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return, with no additional shipping charge if the exchange is for the same product in a different size.
